PCGS 1928 Saint Gaudens $20 double eagle with a rim burr on the reverse at K-4. The rim burr occurred when a piece of the edge was gouged out prior to strike, and then was struck into the coin's surfaces. 

 

This is the only example of a $20 Saint Gaudens we've seen with a rim burr.
