PCGS 1999 Lincoln cent triple-struck, and unusual, with the first strike off-center, and then a 2nd (or could've been the 3rd) a huge broadstrike, and then another strike about 95% off-center. The 1st strike is the off-center strike at 1 o'clock, which is underneat the broadstrike! Neat and scarce.
