This Lincoln cent is struck 80% off-center on a clad dime planchet, and with a uniface reverse. This coin is both an off-metal as well as an off-center strike! You can see the base of Lincoln's bust on the off-center strike on the obverse, and the reverse is blank from having been struck against another planchet.
A very scarce error type, and this is an affordable example, and much less expensive than most examples.
PCGS MS-66 with white surfaces and no problems.
