1996-P  proof track torch reverse Olympic die, used for striking silver dollar track and field commemorative coins for the 1996 Atlanta Olympic games. The die was used for striking some of those coins, and then was retired and "cancelled" with an "X" shaped across the reverse side.

Minor rust, as is typical on most of these dies.
