PCGS 1908 Barber quarter bolted partial collar strike, with the coin struck mostly out of collar, with just a small amount of reeding on the edge. The coin looks like a broadstrike in appearance, with a large amount of planchet visible--nicer than a normal partial collar strike! If the coin had just a little less reeding, it would be a broadstrike.

Barber quarters are rare with striking errors, and we estimate only 5 or 6 Barber quarter partial collars are known.
