NGC 1957 Jefferson nickel struck on a cent planchet. The design of a nickel, but struck on the bronze planchet of a Lincoln cent. Lustrous red coppery surfaces, and slightly smaller in size makes it a dramatic off-metal. A somewhat scarcer date as well. The coin has a nearly full date and mintmark area, adding to its appeal.
