NGC 1963 Franklin half major struck thru string obverse and reverse. There was a large pile of string that was struck into the obverse, and also a large area on the reverse. The string looks very dramatic in appearance, with it nicely positioned on the obverse across the bust of Ben Franklin, and on the reverse in the 3-1 o'clock areas.

This is far and away the nicest Franklin half struck thru string we have seen, both in terms of eye-appeal, dramatic nature of the strike thru, and also combined with grade.

MS66 with blazing white luster--a superb example!
