PCGS 1964-D 25c Washington quarter double-struck, with the 2nd strike 80% off-center and uniface reverse. Silver Washington quarter double-strikes are rare, and few are known. This is surprising considering how many were struck, but finding even a circulated example such as this coin, is very tough to do.
