PCGS 1975-D Jefferson nickel struck on a 1c planchet. The coin is copper, and is struck on the planchet of a Lincoln cent. A dramatic difference in appearance, having a much lighter weight at around 3.1 grams, smaller diameter, and copper (instead of the nickel alloy of a normal 5c.)

A slightly scarcer date/mint for nickels on cents, but available with some searching.

MS63 Red with light toning and few minor spots.
