PCGS 1978 Lincoln cent struck on clad 10c planchet. The coin is struck on the clad planchet intended for a Roosevelt dime, and has a slightly smaller diameter, and is also the wrong metal, being "clad" metal. 

 

A common date for cents on dime planchets, although a generally scarce but available error type.
