PCGS 1978-S proof Roosevelt dime with strong clashed dies obverse and reverse. The coin shows strong clashes marks on the obverse and on the reverse sides. 

 

Proof dimes are scarce with clashed dies, although 1978-S might be the most common of the dates. This coin is Ex-Fred Weinberg Collection.
