PCGS 1980-P Jefferson nickel struck on a 1c planchet, with the coin being copper, with red surfaces across the coin, and also slightly smaller than a normal nickel.

A common date for nickels on cent planchets, but an exceptionally high grade and with red surfaces--a beautiful example. 

Minor planchet damage at K-10, although part of the error, with the damage being pre-strike.
