PCGS 1981-P Washington quarter double-denomination, struck over a 1981 Jefferson nickel. The coin has the designs of a quarter and a nickel on it, with traces of the nickel design visible (especially on the quarter's obverse near the rim.)

 

Quarter on nickel double-denominations are rare, and very few are known (probably around 20 for the entire Washington quarter series.)
