1996 Proof Olympic die, cancelled with an "X" across the reverse design. The die comes with he cap, black bag, and Certificate of Authenticity. 


These dies were used for striking commemorative coins in 1996, and were then canceled and sold to the public. There are around 600-650 for this design that were made.

Rust around the neck of the die, but it can doubtless be easily removed.
