ANACS 1999-P Susan B. Anthony dollar double-struck, with the 2nd strike 75% off-center at 3 o'clock. A superb example of a double-struck SBA dollar, with the date and mintmark visible, and also a high grade. The reverse side is uniface from having been struck into another planchet.
