NGC Eisenhower dollar blank, with no upset rim (type-1 blank.) The blanks did not receive an upset rim, and also were never struck. Although these are popularly termed "Eisenhower", they also could have been intended for clad U.S. $1 commemorative dollars, although more likely these are Ikes. The blanks weigh 22.3-22.5 grams.
