PCGS (1986-2025) American silver eagle type-2 planchet, with scarce, "uncirculated finish" surfaces. The coin has the much scarcer uncirculated surfaces, unlike the "proof like" surfaces that are typically seen on silver eagle type-2 planchets. Tough to find these!
