PCGS Lincoln Memorial cent struck 90% off-center on a clad Roosevelt dime planchet. The coin is struck on a clad dime planchet (or more likely a blank with no upset rim), with a portion of the reverse and obverse visible. Part of "UNTED STATES" is seen on the reverse, and the back area of Lincoln's bust on the obverse.
PCGS 1c 1963 Lincoln cent struck 75% off-center at 12 o'clock. A very scarce date for major off-centers, and this is a superb example!
MS64 Red with pleasing, lustrous surfaces.
