Proof 1996-P proof silver dollar commemorative reverse die, used for striking commemorative coins for the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta, Georgia. The die has been cancelled, and was issued this way by the U.S. Mint as a collectible. 

 

The die comes with cap and black felt bag. 

 

Light rust around the die neck, but could be removed no doubt if the buyer wanted to. These are steel, and frequently come with some rust on them.
