PCGS Indian Head cent counterbrockage and clashed die cap strike, resulting in a central brockage over the top of the counterbrockage.
The coin has an obverse counterbrockage from a die cap, but also has a brockage from a clashed die cap (the die cap contacted the reverse die, and created a brockage in the center of the coin.) The coin has both brockage types on the same coin!
