PCGS 1907 Liberty nickel uncentered broadstrike, with the coin having a large expansion in size. The error occurred when the coin was struck without the collar in place, which allowed it to expand in size beyond its normal diameter. 

Mintstate Liberty nickel broadstrikes are scarce.
