CACG 1926-S peace dollar blowhole defective planchet, with a small hole in the coin's center which goes all the way through the coin (a "blowhole"!) This error type occurs when impurities in the coin leave a "void" in the coin's metal that goes all the way through the coin.

A rare error type on peace dollars, and very few are known.
