PCGS 1932-1964 Denver Mint Washington quarter struck 50% off-center at 5 o'clock. The coin is silver, and is very scarce as a major off-center silver quarter. It is also a superb 50% off-center, giving an equal amount of design an planchet showing, which is ideal for eye-appeal. A very nice example of a silver off-center quarter!

PCGS MS63 with lustrous, mostly white surfaces. A little  old PVC on the coin. That and a counting wheel mark on the reverse keep the coin from a higher grade.
