PCGS (1943) Lincoln steel cent struck 40% off-center. The coin is a major example of an off-center, and has nearly a perfect amount of design and planchet showing. Excellent eye-appeal as an off-center strike.
Although no date is visible, as the one year only "steel cent", the date is easily determined.
Steel cent major off-centers are scarce struck this far off-center, and are always popular. As a lower mint state grade, it is an affordable example of a major off-center steel cent.
MS61 with spotty surfaces that are lightly cleaned. The cleaning is not noted on the holder, but is why the coin received a lower mint state grade.
