PCGS 1952 Lincoln wheat cent struck on a silver dime planchet. The coin weighs 2.54 grams, which is correct for a silver dime. The coin is is dramatic in appearance, since it is silver instead of copper.

This is a generally scarce date cent on dime planchet, with an estimated 7 or 8 known.

AU53 with nice luster, and just a hint of wear. Golden/brown toning over the toning. There are a few short scratches on the reverse, where no doubt someone tested the metal (nicely positioned on the reverse to not be very obvious.)
