NGC 1956 Roosevelt dime double-struck, with the 2nd strike 60% off-center and die struck on both sides. The coin shows most of both dates, with the 1st strike full and the 2nd showing most of the 195 of the 1956. Importantly, the coin is die struck on both sides, which makes it more attractive.

A very rare date and era for double-strikes, particularly major double-strikes like this one. Very few are known prior to 1960 on Roosevelt dimes, and this is one of the nicest silver 10c Roosevelt double-strikes we've seen!

MS65 lustrous and with original multi-colored toning. A superb example, and impossible to find for sale.
