NGC 1976 Type-1 bicentennial Eisenhower dollar struck 75% off-center. The coin shows part of the Liberty Bell and some of the lettering on the reverse, and part of Ike's head and some lettering on the obverse.
This is a scarcer date for major off-center Ike dollars (and all major off-centers are scarce.)
