PCGS 1960 large date Lincoln cent struck on a silver dime planchet. The coin weighs 2.58 grams and is the silver planchet intended for a Roosevelt dime. A generally scarce error type.

The off-metal occurred when a silver dime planchet intended for striking into a dime was accidentally fed into coining press that was striking cents. This can occur when a planchet bin or a press is used for striking two different denominations of coins, and a planchet is struck with the incorrect dies as a result.

MS62 lustrous surfaces, and a hint of golden/brown toning.
