PCGS 1964-D Kennedy half struck on quarter planchet. The coin is struck on a silver quarter planchet, and weighs 6.23 grams. It is also smaller than a normal half, with much of the outer lettering absent due to the smaller quarter planchet's size not allowing the half dollar's design to be fully struck.

Although not date is visible on the coin, the "D" mintmark on the reverse is only found on 1964 halves, and also the coin is struck on a silver quarter planchet, firmly confirming the 1964 "date" of the coin.

MS62 with golden toning, with hairlines (doubtless a light cleaning) keeping the coin from a higher grade.
