NGC 1964-D Jefferson nickel struck on silver dime blank. The coin is struck on the much smaller, silver dime blank intended for striking into a Roosevelt dime, but which was instead struck into a nickel. 

Silver nickels on dime planchets are scarce generally, although this is one of the more available dates. A superb example, with the date almost fully visible, as well as the mintmark area. A pleasing grade as well.

 

MS64 with flashy, lustrous surfaces.
