PCGS 1966 Jefferson nickel struck on a clad dime planchet. The coin is the weight and metal of a clad Roosevelt dime, but is struck with nickel dies.

The off-metal occurred when a dime planchet was fed into a press that was striking Jefferson nickels, and when the dime planchet was struck by the nickel dies, the result was an off-metal nickel on dime. A generally scarce error type.
