PCGS Clad Washington Quarter 95% struck thru cloth obverse, with a weave pattern in the strike visible across most of the obverse. A scarce error type, and very popular. 


The error occurred when a piece of cloth or rag was struck into the coin's surfaces. This imparted the distinctive "weave pattern" that is seen on this error type.


Uncirculated details with some minor scratches obverse. Nice eye-appeal, with the scratches not very distracting.
