PCGS 1968 Lincoln cent struck on a clad dime blank. The coin weighs 2.24 grams, and is the clad metal and blank intended for a Roosevelt dime. 

The error occurred when a clad dime blank was fed into a press that was striking Lincoln cents and was struck, resulting in an off-metal resulted.
