PCGS 1976 Eisenhower dollar struck through a struck fragment on the coin's reverse. An elliptical shaped brockage is in the central area of the reverse, which has a brockage of some of Ike's bust inside of the struck thru area.
The error occurred when a small piece of planchet was struck, struck to the reverse die, and was struck into this coin's reverse and fell away after the strike.
