NGC 1978-S proof Roosevelt dime with clashed dies obveres and reverse, particularly on the reverse. The obverse has a rim to rim die crack, with some separation in the design (nearly a split die!) The near-split in the die is from the die's clashing, which doubtless damaged the die and caused it to break. Scarce error combo on proof coins!
