PCGS 1979 Jefferson nickel struck on a 1c planchet. The coin is copper, and weighs 3.1 grams. Also, some of the outer design elements are missing due to the small size of a cent planchet. 

An exceptionally nice example of a nickel on cent planchet, with a full date area, and with pleasing surfaces. 

 

MS64 Red/Brown with lustrous surfaces that are nearly full red. Nice eye-appeal.
