PCGS 1979-P Susan B. Anthony dollar struck on a clad quarter planchet. The off-metal SBA dollar is struck on the smaller quarter planchet, and has the weight (5.63 grams) and metal of a quarter. Most of the reeding and some of the design is missing due to the small planchet size.

A scarce error, although enough are known to keep it more affordable. The least expensive SBA off-metal type.

MS64 with lustrous, pleasing surfaces.
