PCGS 1980-D Lincoln cent struck on clad 10c blank. The coin is struck on a clad Roosevelt dime blank, and is the weight, metal, and blank type of a dime. It is dramatically different in appearance than a normal cent, with the clad blank material being very difference from the bronze cent.
Note: PCGS put "dime stock" on the holder, but that is a typo, and it is actually just a dime blank.
It occurred when a 10c blank was fed into a cent press and struck, resulting in the off-metal cent on dime blank.
