ANACS 1980-P Jefferson nickel struck on Lincoln cent double-denomination. The 1980-P Jefferson nickel is struck on a Lincoln cent and so has the designs of both a cent and a nickel on it. It is also the copper metal of a cent, with the coppery surfaces contrasting dramatically with the expected "nickel" color of a Jefferson nickel.

The error occurred when a struck Lincoln cent was fed into a press that was striking Jefferson nickels, and was overstruck with the nickel design.

A generally scarce error type.
