PCGS 1981 Lincoln cent struck on clad 10c blank. The coin is struck on a clad Roosevelt dime blank, and is the weight, metal, and blank type of a dime. It is dramatically different in appearance than a normal cent, with the clad blank material being very difference from the bronze cent.
It occurred when a 10c blank was fed into a cent press and struck, resulting in the off-metal cent on dime blank.
