ANACS 1982 small date Lincoln cent struck on a clad dime planchet, and with a weight of 2.26 grams. The coin is clad, and is slightly smaller than a normal cent. It is also underweight, with a normal cent being 3.1 grams.

Off-metals occur when a planchet is accidentally fed into the press and is overstruck with another denomination's coin design--in this case a Lincoln cent. A popular error type, with great eye-appeal because of the different metal type.
