(1982-2008) 1c Lincoln cent foldover strike, with the coin having a large loop in the fold, giving the coin nice eye-appeal.

The error occurred when the coin was struck on it's edge, and folded over onto itself, and resulting in a "foldover strike."

A scarce error type, with only a relatively small number known (estimate 150 existing for the Lincoln cent series.)
