ANACS 1982-P Jefferson nickel double-denomination struck on a Lincoln cent. It is struck on a Lincoln cent, with the coin having both the design of a cent and a nickel, with portions of the cent design visible under the nickel strike. Also, it is copper and is the weight of a cent. The underlying strike is visible on the obverse and reverse, but is moderate strength.

 

These are often called a "6c" because they are a 5c struck on a 1c.
