PCGS 1983 Lincoln cent foldover strike, with the coin having been struck on its edge, then folder over and struck into itself. This is the smallest foldover we have seen, with the fold visible at 2 o'clock on the obverse and 10 o'clock on the reverse! A neat and rare coin.
