PCGS 1992 Lincoln cent oval-shaped double-strike, with the 2nd strike 40% off-center and die struck both sides. The coin is full weight for a normal cent at 2.51 grams, and is the smaller, oval shape because it came in contact with something (probably the feeder finger, but other possibilities exist), which crushed the planchet inwards, giving it a fantastic "elliptical or oval shape."
The "crushing" of the coin occurred during or after the 1st strike, while the 2nd, off-center strike is struck over the top of it.
Two "1992" dates partially visible (a little less than half of the 2nd strike's date is visible.)
