Proof 1996-P Olympic die cancelled, with the "X" cancellation across the reverse die. The die was used for striking proof commemorative dollars, and was retired, cancelled, and sold by the U.S. Mint. A neat and interesting piece of the minting process!

This is the most common of the dies, with a "mintage" of 632 dies. 

 

The die also comes with the golden plastic cap and black felt bag (no COA.)
