PCGS 1998 silver eagle struck through plastic and retained, mated pair set. The plastic was struck through the coin's reverse, and is retained with the coin in a separate flip. PCGS created a label for it, but because it is thin an fragile, did not put it in a holder. A scarce 2 piece set!
