PCGS 1999 silver eagle struck thru obverse and reverse, with the strike thru being large on the reverse, and "medium sized" on the obverse. The strike thru is from plastic, which give the strike thru the flat, distinctive mirrored appearance in the strike thru. Scarcer with the strike thru this large on both sides.

MS65 with some cloudy, spotty white toning.
