PCGS 1999 Lincoln cent double-struck with the 2nd strike 35% off-center and die struck both sides. The coin has two full "1999" dates visible, and the off-center strike is also a chain edge strike, from where it was struck against another planchet.
A superb example of a double-struck cent, and about as nice as they come.
