ANACS 1999 Lincoln cent double-struck, with the 2nd strike 45% off-center and die struck both sides. Nice example of a double-strike, with a lot of design showing on both strikes, and also with the strike on both sides. The coin also has a chain strike at 12 o'clock on the 2nd strike.
